If not even the above solution works, try going back to the Settings menu> Advanced> Content Settings> Google Chrome Flash (as I explained before).
In case of problems, that is, if the Flash content on the web page is not reproduced correctly and / or no warning about the activation of the plugin is displayed, click on the button (i) in the address bar (in top left), then expand the drop-down menu next to the Flash entry (in the box that appeared on the screen) and choose the option Always allow on this site from the latter.
Then answer Allow the warning that appears at the top left and the game should be done: the page should be reloaded and the content in Flash should be reproduced correctly. Now you just have to connect to the site that needs Flash Player, locate the content in Flash to play and click on the gray box with written Click to activate Adobe Flash Player that should be in place of the latter. In the latter case, enable the execution of Flash Player in Chrome by moving the lever on the top right (to make it blue) on the ON. Now you have to go to Flash and you have to check if the stick in the screen that opens is activated (so the Ask first option (recommended) or not) is displayed (and then the Prevent sites to run Flash is displayed). Then scroll down the options that appeared below and select the one called Content Settings. In the tab that opens, use the mouse wheel or the keyboard down arrow to get to the end of the screen and click on the Advanced item.
Then open Chrome, click on the ⋮ button you see at the top right and select the Settings item from the menu that appears.
Google Chrome has the Flash Player included “standard”: this means that you do not need to download the plugin or install it separately: the only thing you need to do is access the program settings and enable the execution of Flash Player in the latter.
